South Tyrolean specialities and other delicacies in our restaurant

Our deep, traditional cuisine of South Tyrol with the influences of the Mediterranean cuisine of Italy is much praised. To this end, we mainly use fresh products from the surrounding farmers, bakeries, the Alpine Dairy and others from Dobbiaco.
If you prefer the vegan cuisine or have any intolerance, we are happy to create the desired dishes.

The pampering half-board starts in the morning with a rich breakfast buffet with organic corner, fresh products and homemade cakes. In the evening, sit down at a lovingly decorated table and enjoy a varied, refined 3-course menu with a salad buffet.

Furthermore, our restarant and various premises are are used for weddings, annual meetings and other family celebrations such as baptisms, birthdays etc..
